We have just returned from the "Illuminate Your Life" Mallorca Retreat that was held last week. It was so amazing and we wish you could have been there in body, as well as mind and spirit! We began the day with meditations and a water blessing to heal the sacred land where the retreat was held. Then we had experts in Karma Clearing, Wiltrud Miethke and Wiebke Grutzmacher lead us in the initial workshops on Karma Clearing and understanding our lightbodies. They have written books on the subject that are totally new to the field. Their research is based on quantum physics and particles of light called photons that affect our bodies and the world on dna levels and have an intelligence of their own. We learned how to clean, clear and call forth our spiritual bodies through stories (now, past lives, etc) and with testing through Kinesology. Working with resonance and dna layers, we can release blocks in our aura, magnetic, and emotional bodies. After releasing, we raise our consciousness and further examine how our bodies and souls react to the new energies of ascension and lightbody work. That is just a small taste of what we learned the first day. Their book, Karma Clearing is out in German and we look forward to seeing it in English very soon!

On Day 2, Manina Lassen,( who hosted the retreat at her beautiful and most sacred finca (farmstead) in the countryside and mountains near Peguera, Mallorca, Spain), lead us on a Vision quest. We began with the Medicine Wheel where we were taught the School of Los Boros method in which she was trained from Sun Bear. She further developed this method to her own unique teachings. We learned about the Four Shields and how each direction represents a stage of our life's journey on microcosmic and macrocosmic levels-- as a whole lifetime, but also through various cycles of our experiences. She explained how we can balance our strengths and weaknesses through the processes that the wheel can teach us. After this time, we each went out into the wilderness mountains and fields around her house to reflect and be alone and to experience the sacredness of nature and our spiritual being that guides us. These journeys can take much longer, but we had a very good experience of this as individuals throughout the day. By the end of the day, we shared a nutritious meal and told our stories and what we were searching for in life or would like to understand better. With the support of Manina and the group, we were reflected or mirrored back our life with a higher understanding and inspirited vision to assist us on our future journey. Each person felt they had come to some insights that they had not seen in such depth before. Each person connected with nature in very healing and loving ways.

The Tour to Son Fornes at Montuiri Talayots was also very beautiful to experience. This is an ancient site with standing stones and carries the energies of male, female and child resonance in balance. It was aligned with the Pleides and was where we went with Jaap van Etten and Jeanne Michaels (experts in earth energies, crystal skulls, and angels) last year to test the earth energies and chakras there to see if there were former connections with Atlantis and Lemuria, even though the stones were from a later time. We went there to meditate and help heal these chakras and send light out and within through the layers of history. In order to accomplish this we first taught the participants some dowsing techniques to feel the earth energies and lines and get in tune with the site. After this we did a chakra balancing for each person in which they also learned to balance the chakras through reiki and intention. We did this as a group with one person rotating into the center. The energies were so strong that people were literally swaying back and forth and vibrating at very high levels. In fact, not only the person in the center was being healed but we simultaneously were healing each other each time. Afterwards, we tested this area and realized that we did in fact create a vortex of energy that we could measure with the dowsing rods that was not there prior to our healing ceremony. Once we felt balanced, healed and grounded ourselves, we went to one of the most powerful standing stone circles that we almost crawled into like a cave, but with an open air circle and monolith in the center (feminine, child, and male energies were all there). We placed our crystals inside and did a meditation to heal the grid and open our our lightbodies to channel for higher and higher vibrations of light to pulse through the land and within our cells out to other star systems and the earth and its waters. We completed with drumming and thankful prayers for all those who accompanied us on spiritual levels and in body. It was extremely moving and powerful on all levels.

On the last day of the retreat, Sue Sell, Gaiadon Heart master, pulled together and brought a greater understanding and knowledge of many points about what we had been through during the week on: 1. expanding awareness; 2. looking at source energies through photons and solar flares and how this affects our lives; 3. working with crystalline grids to heal the planet: 4. activating our lightbodies through sacred geometry and mudras; 5. Morphic resonance which assists the planet as a whole to ascend. Not only did she give us a new view on some these ideas, but also introduced new information through the teachings of the Ascended Masters channelings and meditations and working with a holographic Flower of Life imagery as a model of our reflection in the world (cellular dna and macrocosmic levels). The purpose of this essentially is to guide us to the greater light and understanding of remembering who we really are and the pathways of light in which we flow eternally. Besides the meditations we did that increased our lightbody to radiate out to their potentials, we also had some fascinating discussion on orbs and what these are and how we can understand them. Our retreat photos also show some lovely orbs around us!

Additionally to wrap up the retreat we had life coach, Tatiana Abend give us a session to reflect on the week and what is meant to us. She gave us some ideas for tools we could use to continue to heal and grow in ways that we want and to bring about the changes we want in life, as well as to remember and use what we learned during the week and all its transformations, activations, and teachings.

This was such a great retreat and we are so thankful for those who co-created and experienced it with us. Not only were there experts in each workshop, but the participants were so full of healing, joy and good energies that we had a very tight circle of light in its concentration of powerful energy. We constantly learned and healed and shared with each other and it was such a fun and meaningful journey together. In our spare time, we shared stories, laughs, gourmet meals, beautiful scenery in nature on Manina's finca, in the mountains, also on the beaches, and the ancient talayots sites. Synchronicities were constant reminders of our divine guidance and blessed time together.

This retreat is designed to heal you through the cycles of your life on multiple levels. Workshops and Activities

Vision Fast or Quest is a very old ritual rooted in many cultures througout history of mankind. In many cultures - as with the North American Indians – the young men during adolescence had to go to the wilderness alone to fast four days and four nights and cry for a vision. During this time nature served as a mirror of their inner process. Communication with wildlife, plants, stones, clouds, the wind, sun and moon and the elements bore symbolical meaning. When they came back to the community, they told their story and the Elders helped to interprete the symbols. Thus filtered a meaningful purpose for the life of the querent.

Drawing from the wisdom of this ancient ceremony, we are going into the wilderness of a finca in Mallorca that still preserves a “wild” aspect. We explore our relationship to nature, and after an intensive preparation we go out to fast there alone and to find the vision for our life, at whatever crossroads we might be.
Particularly at the threshold of one phase of life to the next (puberty of the children, change of job and/or location, midlife, menopause, endings and new beginnings of all kinds, claiming elderhood) we enter into this inner journey.

We will also dive into the symbolism of the Four Directions, the Four Elements, the Four States of Being, the Four Seasons, and connect to them. This will support our connection to the earth and our inner vision. All day workshop.

Ascension Workshop. This workshop incorporates the Lightbody Activation and the Melchizedek Method subsequently with The Gaiadon Heart. This process will teach you how the downloading of ascension codes can heal and affect our bodies. We will also do a Lightbody Activation Meditation.

The purpose and concept of this workshop and methodology is to move deeper into the self to raise the consciousness of all with a holographic matrix of love that is our essential nature. It is a unity consciousness that helps to balance and fill each person on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. The lightbody frequency encodements that are part of our divine inheritance will be activated through sound, light, color and intention. This process also accesses ancient wisdom sources from many spiritually advanced civilizations. This workshop will be 2hrs and 30 min.

The Karma Clearing Energetics workshop is a way for each participant to clear, clean, and strengthen energy to be more open to the activation of the light within us. It is useful to reduce stress, burnout, poor diet, emotional blockages, obsessive behaviour, allergies and genetic inheritance or past life inheritances. Karma Clearing will heal the person on a cellular level from suffering. This is a concentrated course on Lightwork and energetic medicine.
A person who is working with visualization technics, is energizing particles and waves and by this activating the quants of selfhealing prozess. This workshop is an introduction to Karma-and Energy-Clearing for people who are already working with some techniques of lightwork. It will show you the most essential exercises of our work which help to prepare and accompany the Lightbody-process. It will help to find the reasons of stagnation on your way to develop your lightbody and will also show some of the possibilities to clear your energetic bodies from karmic influences, psychic attack or other energies which may deplete the system. Thus your individual energy and that of the place where you are living will increase and stabilize.

In conjuction with the Karma Clearing Energetics workshop will be the Kineseology Workshop by Wiebke Grutzmacher. Part of the process will be to uses the classical technique of questioning but also integrate elements and knowledge of lightwork and other support tools for the transformation of consciousness. She consequently works in accordance with the client´s body´s wisdom and as much as his/her soul is able to support. Led by her highly developed intuition she checks and cleans the energy bodies and chakras . 1 1/2 hrs

What is energy clearing?

Many ailments – both physical and mental – we suffer with have their energies rooted in past lives discordant issues. Those ailments are part of our cellular memory and remanifest lifetime after lifetime on form of discordant and rigid mental or emotional programs. By identifying these patterns, the cellular resonance can be cleared and consequently improves life quality.
This is the world of the invisible where very often discarnate entities – in most cases souls of deceased family members or life time companions – have connected to the aura of the client and thus causing depressions, anger or the feeling of being led by a strange force.

A special program WISE WILD WOMEN help Business Women focusses on developing a specific female style of leadership, drawing on female strenghts like intuitive decision making, communicative skills and ability for conflict resolution.

Maninas work is closely linked to nature and our relationship to the earth and the seasons of human nature. She draws on a variety of trainings she received with American Indian teachers, such as Sun Bear, Hawaiian Kahunas, and at the School of Lost Borders in California.
